In November 2017, CHIL conducted comprehensive on-site technical training and laboratory visits in Saudi Arabia as part of its ongoing project activities in the region.
Within the scope of the program, device training sessions for EIA analyzers were delivered in collaboration with the company’s Italian strategic partner, while CHIL’s technical specialists provided hands-on training on EIA kit utilization, workflow optimization, and implementation procedures. The sessions supported seamless device integration and ensured effective product deployment within laboratory environments.
The visit was accompanied by CHIL’s CEO, Hilda Cil, who personally met with end users across hospitals and laboratories in Riyadh. During these visits, healthcare professionals expressed their appreciation for the direct engagement and emphasized the value of being personally visited by the manufacturer’s CEO. They also shared positive feedback regarding the performance and reliability of CHIL’s products within their screening operations.
The successful completion of the training and field visits contributed directly to the effective execution of the project, ensuring operational alignment, user confidence, and optimized implementation across participating laboratories.
